As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Indiana Community Mental Health Center (CMHC), Aspire offers fully integrated 'whole health' services under one roof, including high-quality primary medical care for all ages from children to seniors, prenatal and postpartum care, behavioral health treatments for depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring conditions, residential treatment through facilities like Mockingbird Hill Recovery Center and Progress House emphasizing a Whole Health Recovery Continuum with medication-assisted treatment, peer support, and job training, and comprehensive community programs addressing social drivers of health such as safe housing assistance, supported employment via Indiana Works, crisis intervention with 24/7 mobile response and the Rely Center stabilization unit, specialized Deaf Services with ASL interpreting, infectious disease management for HIV/AIDS including PrEP, youth and family services like school-based therapy and wraparound care, and Kids Talk child advocacy.
