We provide a wide range of services including primary care, outpatient behavioral health treatment for mental health challenges, addictions, and co-occurring disorders through individual, family, and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, skills development, peer support, and case management; crisis services with 24/7 support lines, mobile response teams, and a dedicated Crisis Center; child welfare services such as therapeutic foster care, licensing, home-based services, and family preservation; school-based mental health support; wraparound facilitation for youth with serious behavioral challenges; community-based programs for youth and adults including Safe Place for crisis intervention, transitional living, supported employment, and specialized support for veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness; as well as care coordination, enabling supports like benefits navigation, health education, and translation services. Our evidence-based, person-centered approach treats the whole patient in accessible settings—clinics, schools, homes, and communities across Marion, Johnson, and surrounding counties—prioritizing the underserved regardless of insurance status through a sliding fee scale and no denial based on ability to pay, fostering long-term recovery, stability, and well-being.
