Elevate Recovery is a dedicated women's sober living and addiction recovery facility in Kokomo, Indiana, providing a safe and supportive sanctuary for women seeking to overcome substance use disorders and reclaim their lives. As part of the Restored Life Continuum of Care and in partnership with the non-profit Hope for The Hurting, Elevate goes beyond traditional halfway houses by offering a holistic, evidence-based approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit, emphasizing long-term recovery, community, and personal growth. Their mission is to restore lives and instill hope through compassionate, individualized treatment programs that include secure sober housing, comprehensive case management, substance misuse therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), relapse prevention counseling, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Tailored for women facing challenges like alcohol, opioids, meth, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, trauma, and dual diagnoses, Elevate fosters a nurturing environment with 24/7 staffing, peer support, life skills training, family involvement, and aftercare services including alumni programs and transitional housing to promote stability, accountability, and sustained sobriety while rebuilding relationships and pursuing dreams.
