Grace Recovery and Wellness is a treatment center focused on a dual-diagnosis and holistic approach to recovery, offering medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol substance abuse with individualized treatment plans for each patient. Our medical and clinical staff work together to provide the best possible care in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where addiction is treated as a disease with dignity, compassion, and respect. Our goal is to support individualized progress in the journey to recovery and to promote community, wellness, and empowerment in a therapeutic environment. We aspire to form healthy community and to mutually build one another up in the principles of recovery for a purposeful life. Services include Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for intensive support while allowing evenings at home, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) led by experienced therapists to manage behaviors and prevent relapse, Outpatient Detox to safely remove toxins with medication management, and Recovery Coaching by certified professionals to assist in the vulnerable post-treatment period. We accept Indiana Medicaid as well as most private insurance.
