Grace Recovery and Wellness is a treatment center focused on a dual-diagnosis and holistic approach to recovery, offering medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol substance abuse with individualized treatment plans for each patient.

We accept Indiana Medicaid as well as most private insurance.
