Grace Recovery and Wellness is a treatment center focused on a dual-diagnosis and holistic approach to recovery, offering medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol substance abuse with individualized treatment plans for each patient.
Our medical and clinical staff work together to provide the best possible care in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where addiction is treated as a disease with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Our goal is to support individualized progress in the journey to recovery and to promote community, wellness, and empowerment in a therapeutic environment.
We aspire to form healthy community and to mutually build one another up in the principles of recovery for a purposeful life.
Services include Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for intensive support while allowing evenings at home, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) led by experienced therapists to manage behaviors and prevent relapse, Outpatient Detox to safely remove toxins with medication management, and Recovery Coaching by certified professionals to assist in the vulnerable post-treatment period.
We accept Indiana Medicaid as well as most private insurance.
What we treat
Treatment & Programs
Levels of Care
Grace Recovery and Wellness provides a continuum of outpatient services tailored to individual progress. The journey often begins with outpatient detox before stepping down into a Partial Hospitalization Program. PHP clients receive six hours of daily support and can later transition into Intensive Outpatient or virtual telehealth care.
Therapies
Treatment plans heavily integrate Medication-Assisted Treatment alongside traditional group and individual therapy. For those seeking a creative outlet to process their recovery journey, the clinical team also utilizes art and music therapy. These varied therapeutic methods are tailored by experienced professionals to effectively reshape negative behaviors.
Addictions
The clinical and medical staff specialize in treating both opioid and alcohol substance abuse. Recognizing that withdrawal can be intense and painful, they utilize carefully administered medications during the initial detox phase. This safely removes toxins from the body and prepares individuals for long-term behavioral healing.
Conditions
Operating with a strong dual-diagnosis framework, the Anderson-based team addresses mental health alongside addiction. They view substance abuse as a disease requiring compassionate psychiatric and emotional support. This ensures that the underlying drivers of opioid and alcohol use are addressed in a dignified manner.
Issues
Because addiction is often an isolating experience, the curriculum heavily focuses on overcoming loneliness and rebuilding healthy community bonds. IOP groups are specifically structured to help clients manage sudden emotional triggers and behavioral stressors. The flexible scheduling also supports individuals attempting to balance their recovery with ongoing work, school, or family conflicts.
Programs
The overarching philosophy here is rooted in an integrative, holistic approach to treatment. Their dual-diagnosis model focuses on empowering the whole person rather than just treating a single symptom. By blending a MAT-integrated medical foundation with non-clinical peer support, they strive to build clients up for a purposeful life.
On-site
Amenities
The clinic functions as a day facility rather than a residential retreat. Their physical space is deliberately designed to be a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. Additionally, the center features a highly accessible online virtual waiting room for immediate, discreet help 24 hours a day.
Coverage
Payment
Financial accessibility is prioritized through the direct acceptance of Indiana Medicaid alongside most private health insurance plans. The admissions coordinators work with prospective patients to verify benefits and outline coverage options. By welcoming state-funded and privately insured individuals alike, they aim to remove common financial barriers to quality holistic care.
Eligibility
Who We Serve
This program is built for individuals in the local Indiana community requiring structured daytime support. The flexible outpatient format is intentionally designed for adults managing daily family, academic, or professional responsibilities. Through peer interaction and group therapy, the center fosters a highly inclusive and mutually uplifting client base.
Additional Services
Post-treatment support is a major focus here, highlighted by a dedicated recovery coaching program. Using certified professionals, the staff helps clients safely navigate the vulnerable period immediately following intensive treatment. The admissions team also offers customized treatment planning and transparent insurance preauthorization before care officially begins.
