The Recovery Coalition was formed to bring together the recovery community in Montgomery County and to foster rehabilitation in those still struggling with addiction.

A strong support system is critical to continued recovery and reaching one's full potential.

The Recovery Coalition has created the Recovery Rec Center to promote recovery, community, fellowship, and growth for those in recovery.

Our services include the 12-step method, a proven recovery framework designed to help individuals overcome addiction and behavioral challenges through mutual support and personal accountability; SMART Recovery, a science-based, self-empowering support program that helps individuals overcome addiction and harmful habits using evidence-based tools; Peer Recovery Coaching, where coaches walk side by side with individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders to create their own recovery plans; and a variety of events such as All Recovery meetings, free meals, complimentary haircuts, free Hepatitis C and HIV testing, recreational activities, and the Parent Café, a welcoming space for parents to share experiences with free dinner and childcare.

The center is supported by a dedicated team, many of whom are in recovery themselves, committed to providing free and accessible services to the community.
