4C Health is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) in Indiana, originally founded in 1975 as Four County Comprehensive Mental Health Center, serving as the designated community mental health provider for Cass, Miami, Fulton, and Pulaski counties, and expanding to surrounding rural areas including Howard, Tipton, White, Carroll, Clinton, Marshall, Wabash, and Grant counties.
