Our professional providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, nurses, licensed and master level therapists, counselors, care and case managers, and support personnel, use a team approach to tailor specific programs for each individual.

We are committed to building and nurturing strong partnerships with the medical community, social service and mental health agencies, schools, governmental and justice officials, churches, community organizations, and individuals, with the goal of providing the least restrictive, most supportive services appropriate to each participant’s needs.

Our primary care services are patient-centered and holistic, with physicians and nurse practitioners providing evidence-based medicine to all individuals regardless of their ability to pay, working closely with specialists and hospitals to meet all health care needs.

In behavioral health, a LifeSpring therapist or care manager works one-on-one with clients to address needs, set goals, and work towards recovery, while also offering group sessions facilitated by therapists to learn new skills and support each other.

As a Community Health Center, no one will be turned away due to inability to pay, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity, with a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
