Wise Choices, Inc is licensed by the department of Mental Health to provide outpatient treatment for Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Dependency Disorders.

Each person receives an individualized recovery plan to improve self empowerment by eliminating barriers to self improvement in a non-judgmental environment.

We provide for most insurance and EAP companies so please call us to check on these benefits.

For those families without medical coverage or high deductibles we offer reduced fees and payment agreements.
