Edgewater Health is a not-for-profit community health organization founded in 1974 as the Gary Community Mental Health Center, evolving over decades to become a comprehensive provider of integrated physical and behavioral healthcare services in northwest Indiana. With a mission to provide culturally competent, evidence-based care specifically developed for each patient, Edgewater Health treats the whole person by addressing both physical and mental health needs, aiming to improve individual outcomes and create a ripple effect that enhances the quality of life for the entire community.
