Radiant Health is a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in Indiana, born from the merger of Grant Blackford Mental Health and Family Service Society in April 2022, and rebranded in January 2023, proudly serving Grant and Blackford counties with over 180 combined years of experience. With a positive outlook and a focus on mental fitness, Radiant Health aims to be the first-turn resource for mental health and addiction needs, helping everyone move toward their best through evidence-based, whole-person care that treats both physical and behavioral health under one roof. Our core purpose is to build a healthier future where every person actively works to improve their mental health, putting each on a never-ending path towards purpose, fulfillment, and joy, guided by the Radiant Mindset of self-determined agents of change who view challenges as opportunities to thrive. We serve the whole community, including insured and underinsured individuals, families, youth, those with substance use disorders, severe or acute mental health challenges, students, and offenders, offering comprehensive services such as individualized counseling, family therapy, addictions treatment (including inpatient and outpatient options), specialized care for trauma and crisis, 24/7 rapid response, same-day walk-in visits, school-based programs, court-mandated interventions, and community partnerships.
