Community Rehabilitation Hospital North is a state-of-the-art, 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey, offering customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs, involving a multidisciplinary team including physicians trained in rehabilitation, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers who deliver at least three hours of therapy five days a week. Accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF for our Stroke, Amputation, Brain Injury, and Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs, we focus on helping patients achieve the best recovery possible, return home quickly, and regain independence in mobility, daily living skills, and community reintegration.
