Restored Life Continuum of Care

Restored Life Continuum of Care is an all-inclusive mental health and addiction treatment facility in Kokomo, Indiana, dedicated to helping individuals conquer substance use disorders through a comprehensive continuum of care that emphasizes compassion, empowerment, integrity, and collaboration. Drawing inspiration from Isaiah 58:6-7,12, which speaks to setting the oppressed free and restoring broken lives, the organization provides evidence-based programs including 28-day inpatient residential treatment for men, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient services, mental health counseling, peer recovery support, and aftercare, all designed to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Specializing in medication-assisted treatment (MAT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and holistic approaches like mindfulness and expressive therapies, Restored Life serves men and women at various stages of recovery, including pregnant and nursing mothers through dedicated residences such as Monarch Mamas. With multiple facilities like Elevate Recovery for women, Wabash Recovery for men's inpatient care, and sober living options including Still Water on the Wildcat and The Loft, the center fosters a supportive community where many staff members are in recovery themselves, offering empathy and understanding.
