Valley of Grace is a Christ-centered recovery center offering freedom from addiction through faith-based programs, situated on 40 acres in rural Howard County, Indiana, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 2017 by Joey and Darcy Bennett, inspired by Joey's own recovery at the Home of Grace in Mississippi, Valley of Grace opened its doors in February 2022 with a 12-bed facility for men seeking hope and healing. Modeled after the 55-year-old Home of Grace, which has served thousands across multiple states, our mission is to provide successful recovery by introducing Jesus Christ as the catalyst for hope, healing, and quality of life. The 90-day residential program includes group and individual counseling, classroom instruction, recreation and work therapy, transitional life classes, worship and devotions, adult education, and marital/family support, all rooted in the belief that the Bible is God’s Holy Word and salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. While primarily serving men, we also facilitate enrollment for women at our sister campus in Mississippi. Additionally, we offer a 12-week support group for spouses and families to find joy amid sorrow and heal from the impacts of addiction. Through this integrated approach, Valley of Grace restores lives, families, and relationships, emphasizing spiritual transformation, community accountability, and long-term sobriety.
