Groups Recover Together is an opioid addiction treatment program founded in 2014 with the mission to make treatment respectful, accessible, and affordable, empowering members to regain control of their lives. The organization utilizes an evidence-based model combining outpatient weekly group therapy with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) to help individuals beat addiction, stop cravings and withdrawal, and restore what opioid use has taken away. What sets Groups apart is the belief that long-term recovery extends beyond traditional medical care, approaching recovery as a team sport where a dedicated care team—including doctors, counselors, and peers—provides comprehensive, coordinated support through small group sessions, life goal assistance, and monthly physician check-ins. With over 100 offices across multiple states including Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia, Groups offers both in-person and virtual care services to serve individuals from diverse communities seeking to overcome opioid use disorder, including heroin and prescription pain pill addiction, while accepting a wide range of insurance plans and self-pay options to ensure affordability.
