Miller's Merry Manor is a 100% employee-owned healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate, quality senior care across Indiana communities for over 60 years. Founded in 1964 by Wallace Miller and his wife Connie, a nurse, with a dream to offer caring health services for the aging, the company has grown to include 23 facilities operating rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, nursing homes, and home health care services. Our mission is to serve patients during their most challenging healthcare times, helping them transition from hospital to home through innovative, evidence-based approaches like the Real.Life.Rehab. program, which incorporates everyday tasks into therapy. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation with physical, occupational, speech, and advanced therapies, as well as long-term care, assisted living for independent living with support, specialized memory care for Alzheimer's and dementia using research-backed designs and trained staff, hospice for end-of-life comfort and family support, adult day programs to ease caregiver burdens, and outpatient therapy. As employee-owners, our interdisciplinary teams focus on personalized, dignified care close to home, enabling seniors to maintain independence, preserve dignity, and strengthen relationships with family and friends while achieving health and recovery goals.
