As a leader in opioid addiction treatment, we offer accessible, outpatient opioid treatment programs (OTPs) that empower individuals aged 18 and older struggling with opioid use disorder—from heroin and fentanyl to prescription medications like hydrocodone and oxycodone—to achieve recovery through medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone or buprenorphine, which reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms while preventing relapse. Our approach integrates substance use counseling—individual, group, and family sessions—to address the root causes of addiction, change behaviors, rebuild relationships, and provide tools for long-term recovery, alongside support services such as case management, coordinated pregnancy care, medical assessments, relapse prevention education, community referrals, and guest medication options for travel.
