Radiant Health is a community mental health center (CMHC) in Indiana, formed by the merger of Grant Blackford Mental Health and Family Services Society in April 2022, bringing together over 180 years of combined experience serving Grant and Blackford counties. With a positive outlook and focus on mental fitness, Radiant Health provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for individuals and families facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions, including individualized counseling, family therapy, addictions treatment with inpatient and outpatient options, specialized care for severe diagnoses, court-mandated services, school-based programs, and community outreach such as Hands of Hope for domestic violence victims. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), it emphasizes 24/7 crisis response through the Rapid Response Center, same-day walk-in care, and holistic whole-person treatment that integrates physical and behavioral health, ensures accessibility for insured and uninsured individuals, and promotes prevention through education and partnerships with schools, courts, employers, and social services. Radiant Health aims to create a safer, healthier community by meeting people where they are, reducing barriers to care, and fostering joy, purpose, and lasting recovery.
