Radiant Health is a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in Indiana, formed from the 2022 merger of Grant Blackford Mental Health (founded 1940) and Family Services Society, Inc. (founded 1919), and rebranded in 2023, proudly serving Grant and Blackford Counties with over 180 combined years of experience.
