Radiant Health is a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in Indiana, formed from the 2022 merger of Grant Blackford Mental Health (founded 1940) and Family Services Society, Inc. (founded 1919), and rebranded in 2023, proudly serving Grant and Blackford Counties with over 180 combined years of experience. With a positive outlook and a focus on mental fitness, Radiant Health is your first-turn resource for mental health and addiction needs, dedicated to building a healthier future where everyone can access mental health care at any time, treated by passionate experts, and achieve lives that are rich and vibrant. At our core, we are self-determined agents of change, seeing challenges as opportunities to thrive and looking ever outward at a brighter future, embodying a shared mindset around mental health that fosters openness, connectedness, and empowerment. We offer evidence-based, integrated care combining physical and behavioral health services, including individual and family counseling, addictions treatment with inpatient and outpatient options, specialized care for severe conditions, 24/7 rapid response and crisis intervention, same-day walk-in services, court-mandated interventions, school-based programs, and community partnerships like Hands of Hope for domestic violence victims. Serving the whole community—insured and underinsured individuals, families, youth, offenders, and students—Radiant Health provides whole-person care through personalized therapy, group sessions, case management, and education, ensuring safe, inclusive, and accessible support to help everyone move toward their best, instilling hope and restoring relationships.
