Valley Oaks Health is a community-based holistic health care organization, designated as a community mental health center (CMHC), providing comprehensive, high-quality mental health, addiction recovery, and primary medical care services to the citizens of ten central Indiana counties including Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White. Established in 1906 as a Seventh-day Adventist general hospital and evolving through mergers and expansions, including its 2018 rebranding and 2023 addition of primary care, Valley Oaks Health recognizes its role as an integral provider of accessible holistic health services to everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, or insurance.
