WIN Recovery, an opioid treatment program of Hamilton Center, Inc., is the first of its kind in West Central Indiana, providing comprehensive, state-certified treatment for adults aged 18 and older struggling with opioid use disorder. The clinic offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) including daily methadone administration, buprenorphine, and Suboxone to relieve withdrawal symptoms, minimize cravings, and stabilize patients physically and mentally, combined with required individual and group counseling for the first year to address addiction science, relapse prevention, and behavior management. Additionally, case management services connect patients to community resources such as healthcare, insurance, education, sober living, support groups, housing, and coordination with physicians, courts, or referring agencies to support long-term recovery. WIN Recovery emphasizes a whole-person approach, recognizing opioid use disorder as a treatable disease, enabling individuals to regain their lives, heal families, secure employment, reduce risks of HIV and Hepatitis, and avoid criminal activity associated with illegal drug use, while allowing patients to maintain work and family responsibilities in a community-based setting. Treatment is accessible with Indiana Medicaid acceptance and competitive fees for uninsured individuals.
