Radiant Health is a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in Indiana that offers evidence-based care for wide-ranging mental health challenges in Grant and Blackford Counties, with over 180 combined years of service from its predecessor organizations, Grant Blackford Mental Health founded in 1940 and Family Services Society in 1919, which merged in April 2022 and rebranded in 2023. With a positive outlook and focus on mental fitness, Radiant Health serves the whole of their communities, both insured and underinsured, by providing local, affordable outpatient care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders and mental health issues, aiming to help everyone move toward their best and restore relationships.
