Rose Garden Recovery Community, formerly known as the Rose Home North, is a not-for-profit ministry whose mission is to transform the lives of women held captive by drug and alcohol addiction by providing a safe and structured Christian community for guiding and equipping individual pursuit of free, sober, and productive living. Substance Abuse Disorder affects every community, and the organization believes that every person has incredible value because they were created by God, offering redemption and freedom through faith in Jesus. As a Christian ministry, it holds to the value of each person regardless of background, felonies, or addiction, treating women with respect and love while equipping them with materials to understand their worth in God's eyes. Open to any woman ready for recovery regardless of personal faith, the program aims to help women remain in recovery as they successfully reunite with family, return to their community, and establish healthy relationships. Services include a residential Recovery Program in Syracuse, IN, for up to 10 women, featuring on-site staff, peer recovery, partnerships for licensed counseling, a level-based life skills program, on-site classes, communal living, pastoral and faith-based support, and space for children to visit; a Graduate Home for those with 9 months sobriety or program completion, providing sober communal living with on-site support, optional life-skill classes, 12-step meetings, and space for children under 11; non-residential support through the SAS Program for ongoing substance abuse services; and aftercare with connections to local meetings like Celebrate Recovery, NA, and AA. The homes foster a safe, caring environment where women can recognize their value and potential.
