Griffin and Associates, LLC, a woman-owned behavioral health agency founded in 2018 by Starr Griffin, exists for the purpose of uplifting the brokenhearted and providing hope to individuals and families. We are proud to serve communities across Indiana—covering 90 of the state's 92 counties—with high-quality mental health, substance use, and in-home family support services, always rooted in compassion, integrity, and excellence. As a trusted partner to the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), we offer comprehensive Family Preservation Services (FPS) featuring a single-provider model, outcome-focused interventions, concrete supports like housing assistance and transportation, and evidence-based practices including trauma-informed care, parenting skills, and substance use treatment. Our clinical services encompass mental health counseling for individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan; intensive outpatient therapy (IOT) for teens and adults with substance use disorders, including peer recovery coaching; telehealth options for therapy and group sessions; supervised visits; home-based casework and therapy; and specialized programs in the Wabash Valley region such as father engagement and homemaker services.
