WIN Recovery, an opioid treatment program of Hamilton Center, Inc., is the first of its kind in west central Indiana, providing comprehensive treatment for adults age 18 and older struggling with opioid use disorder. Operating certified clinics in Terre Haute, Vincennes, and Plainfield, WIN Recovery offers help, hope, and recovery from this debilitating disease through an integrated approach that includes Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with daily methadone under monitored conditions, as well as Buprenorphine and Suboxone, to avoid withdrawal, minimize cravings, and achieve physical and mental stabilization. The program emphasizes behavioral health services, requiring individual and group counseling for the first year to educate on addiction science, relapse prevention, and craving management, with trained counselors acting as teachers and coaches to foster positive behavior change. Additionally, case management services connect patients to community resources such as healthcare, insurance benefits, education, sober living, support groups, housing, and social services, while coordinating care with physicians, referring agencies, and the court system.
