Community Healthcare System is comprised of four not-for-profit hospitals: Community Hospital in Munster; St.

Catherine Hospital in East Chicago; St.

Mary Medical Center in Hobart; the Community Stroke & Rehabilitation Center in Crown Point; as well as Hartsfield Village, a continuing care retirement community in Munster.

Our Community Care Network of physicians, located throughout Northwest Indiana provides a broad range of expertise from family practice to internal medicine, OB/GYN, and a variety of specialty medicine practices.
