Southwestern, which operates 13 locations in Gibson, Posey, Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties, is one of 24 community mental health centers in Indiana.

Since 1971, Southwestern has been a leader in providing a wide range of programs and services to meet the mental health and addiction needs of our communities.

Services are available to all individuals, youth to elderly, who are in need of mental health and addiction treatment and annually, over 7,800 individuals receive services.
