Aspire Indiana Health is an independent nonprofit healthcare provider with more than a half-century of service to some of the most vulnerable Hoosiers, committed to fully integrated 'whole health' services that include primary medical care, behavioral health, and addiction recovery, alongside a broad array of community programs addressing social drivers of health such as housing assistance, supported employment, and crisis intervention.
