4C Health, formerly known as Four County Comprehensive Mental Health Center since its founding in 1975, serves as the designated Community Mental Health Center for Cass, Miami, Fulton, and Pulaski counties, with expansion since 2015 to include Howard, Tipton, and White counties in North Central Indiana, and became a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center in 2024.
