Treatment & Programs
Levels of Care
The treatment journey at Valley Oaks - Delphi spans comprehensive outpatient therapy, routine medication management, and specialized intensive case management. For individuals needing structured independence, they also manage supervised group living for adults transitioning back into the community.
Therapies
Treatment combines clinically informed office-based counseling with careful medication management to reduce symptoms of mental illness and addiction. The clinical team frequently utilizes group therapy to address trauma and mood management, allowing clients to find comfort alongside neighbors who understand their journey.
Addictions
Clinicians here use a comprehensive approach to support Hoosiers facing severe substance use disorders. Their team facilitates ongoing addiction recovery through outpatient groups, targeted medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and individualized therapy designed to decrease drug use and support long-term sobriety.
Conditions
The clinical staff treats a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from depression and anxiety to post-traumatic stress and ADHD. Their crisis intervention team is also equipped to provide same-day emergency care for individuals experiencing psychosis or severe psychiatric distress, utilizing detailed psychological testing to clarify complex diagnoses.
Issues
Beyond core clinical diagnoses, the program helps individuals navigate complex life stressors like profound grief, family conflict, and parenting difficulties. Clients work directly with staff to build independent living skills, improve emotional regulation, and find healthy ways to manage daily mood fluctuations.
Programs
Recovery here is rooted in a holistic philosophy, ensuring clients have access to diverse specialty tracks tailored to unique life circumstances. They offer an evidence-based "Wraparound" program for youths with serious behavioral challenges, as well as a specialized jail-based chemical addiction program that connects graduates to outpatient care upon release.
