Indianapolis Counseling Center

The Indianapolis Counseling Center (ICC) is an outpatient treatment agency specializing in alcohol and drug treatment, abuse intervention programs (AIP)/anger management, sex offender treatment programs, forensic psycho sexual evaluations, Families Reunite Program, Human Sexuality Program, public sexual offense counseling, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services, and training/education through SEAC. ICC serves individuals 18 and older, both male and female, including those suffering from substance use disorders, sexual maladaptive behaviors, mental health issues like anger control and depression, domestic violence perpetrators, and families of sex offenders. The mission of the Indianapolis Counseling Center is to enhance the lives of those suffering from the ailments and consequences of sexual maladaptive behaviors, substance abuse and mental health issues (anger control & depression). We use psycho-education and therapy approaches relevant to individual needs. We further strive to prevent the occurrence of victimization onto others (children or adult) as the goal of treatment successfully completed by one client at a time. ICC employs a cognitive behavioral approach in group therapy, intensive outpatient programs, and specialized trainings, emphasizing accountability, relapse prevention, victim empathy, and community safety. With experienced staff holding advanced degrees and certifications in mental health counseling, addiction, and sex offender treatment, ICC operates multiple locations across Indiana, providing certified services recognized by state agencies like the Family and Social Services Administration Division of Mental Health and adhering to standards from organizations such as the Indiana Coalition against Domestic Violence.
