The Indianapolis Counseling Center (ICC) is an outpatient treatment agency specializing in alcohol and drug treatment, abuse intervention programs (AIP)/anger management, sex offender treatment programs, forensic psycho sexual evaluations, Families Reunite Program, Human Sexuality Program, public sexual offense counseling, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services, and training/education through SEAC.

We further strive to prevent the occurrence of victimization onto others (children or adult) as the goal of treatment successfully completed by one client at a time.
