We offer a wide range of services including primary care with routine wellness visits, immunizations, and preventative care; outpatient mental and behavioral health treatments for individuals with mental health challenges, addictions, and co-occurring disorders through individual, family, and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, skills development, peer support, and case management; crisis services via a 24/7 hotline, mobile response team, and crisis center; school-based therapeutic support to address social, behavioral, and developmental barriers; community support programs for youth and adults, including wraparound services, safe place initiatives for youth in crisis, supportive services for veteran families, homeless resource teams, and transitional living; child welfare services such as therapeutic foster care, licensing, home-based services, and family preservation; and care coordination to integrate services across providers.

Serving Marion, Johnson, and surrounding counties, our teams deliver care in clinics, over 100 partnered schools, community settings, or homes, targeting underserved populations, veterans, homeless individuals, youth at risk, foster children, and families to promote stability, dignity, long-term well-being, and recovery.
